DECEMBER 2,  2026

FRANKLIN,

TENNESSEE

An intimate gathering for 40 women in the nonprofit industry at charity: water HQ in the Franklin Factory.  December 2, 2026

MANIFESTO.jpg

You care enormously.

You're capable. You've gotten your organization this far.

But now it's time to level up.

Because the organization you lead needs the healthiest, most aligned version of you.

Ok, tell us if this sounds familiar...maybe you can relate:

IMG_5895.JPG

*

Hot take: caring deeply isn't a growth strategy.

You tell yourself that you're setting “realistic goals". But if you're honest, you're scared to think bigger.

LIMITING BELIEF

STUCK ENERGY

You're working harder than ever, but the organization isn’t growing the way you know it could.

You know your mission is worthy of landmark 7-figure gifts, you just hate being the one who has to ask for it.

SMALL THINKING

8291_BrandedStartupMosaicWorkShop_2019_CG-small.jpg

from one nonprofit founder to another, here's what I know for sure:

There’s a bigger version of your mission, and it's waiting on a bigger version of you.

Let’s go meet her.

Hollie Jo Hepler

TESTIMONIALS

What it's like to work with Hollie Jo:

"

One of the greatest benefits of working with Hollie Jo was the significant boost in my confidence. She helped me overcome much of the imposter syndrome I experienced with public speaking by encouraging me to recognize my strengths, trust my abilities, and confidently execute.

Traci Wietrick — Director of Broadband & Emerging Technologies, CEEUS

"

"One of the biggest breakthroughs I experienced through our time together was learning how to separate truth from fear and lead from a place of identity rather than emotion. Through coaching, I learned how to regulate my emotions, anchor myself in God's truth, and move forward with greater confidence, peace, and alignment with who God created me to be.

Traci Wietrick — Director of Broadband & Emerging Technologies, CEEUS

What it's like to work with Viktoria:

"

I feel like a glitter bomb that went off, and I’m spreading this energy, optimism, and refusal to let self-doubt get in the way with every single person I can."

Jilyne Jarvis — Founder of ZGirls

"

Every nonprofit leader faces a shared challenge: finding people with the influence, generosity, and financial capacity to invest  transformational gifts in service to the cause. Scott and Viktoria have done that with extraordinary creativity, courage, and conviction. And they continue to do it. This was, hands down, the best learning experience I have had to date related to fundraising. I left with tools. I left with courage. I left with hope. And I left with a community.

Your Mission Deserves the Biggest Version of You

1:00–2:00

THE

AFTERNOON

BLOCK

Vik Harrison shares the lessons she learned building charity: water—from leading with fear and control to discovering what becomes possible when you bet on yourself, make the bigger ask, and surround yourself with people who believe in your vision. This session is about breaking through the limits you’ve quietly put on yourself—and your mission.

✔︎ Make bigger asks with confidence and conviction

✔︎ Step out from behind the mission and become a voice for it

✔︎ Stop playing it safe and build a vision that scares you a little

✔︎ The power of asking real questions that lead to connection

✔︎ Overcome your fears of showing up online
